When i got back home from school today i realized that the wind had picked up during the day and was strong enough for some surfing. I brought my gopro to Lars, and we put it on a helmet strap. You cant really see it in the movie but it was super squally which mad it a lot harder for me. Next time we taking of for the west cost for some more constant wind.

This past Friday a huge storm was expected. Lars, Adam, Andreas and I decided to give “sothern”Sweden a visit to see what see had for us. Even tough we left school two hours early we got there to late. The wind started to drop and after one hour in the water the waves were all gone. It was still a super good afternoon with the and we got a full Hawaiian style rainbow sitting at the “line up”. The next day we went to a different spot to see if we had any luck there. But once again their was to little wind which didn’t mad big enough waves. Still a good day though!

Today me and Lars had a good windsurfing session! It wasn’t super windy but I had time to practice on my turns! Tomorrow the wind is gonna pick up allot and I hope that I can do some “planing” for the first time! Even though just windsurfing on the lake is cool i still have a bigger goal:
Its not going to happen in a year or so, but itÂŽs still a goal đ
So tomorrow its going to be about 10m/s on VĂ€nern. Perfect windsurfing conditions for me, but its going to pick up even more this weekend. So hopefully its going to be some wavesuring down in Varberg.
Long time no habla! Been a while since I did some blogging. Yesterday Lars and I finally did some windsurfing, and for the first time it actually went pretty good. Planning to do some more windsurfing on Saturday.
I have been watching a surf trailer on youtube for some years now and I haven’t been able to download it. Well guess what. I just ordered it. First movie in a while. I tell you that.

Last night me and Per went out paddling. It was a bit windy at the begging but after a while the wind died out, and it went completely glassy!

Yesterday afternoon, me and Per went up to Lars to do some windsurfing. He picked us up with his boat, but one hour hour later we wear still sitting in the boat and didn’t want to enter the water. So we had a beer and brought the optimist dinghy out in the water. Feels like I have been sailing for my whole life…

Lite seg med att uppdatera… Men helgen som passerade var en utav det fĂ„ helger dĂ„ det Ă€ntligen hĂ€nder nĂ„got i VĂ€nersborg. En liten festival som heter Aqua BlĂ„ tog plats hĂ€r hemma. DĂ„ jag precis har köpt in mina tvĂ„ SUP brĂ€dor tĂ€nkte jag att jag kunde försöka intressera VBG för lite surfing.
Jag fixade de grejerna som behövdes och vipps sÄ hade jag mig en liten uthyrning utav SUP brÀdor. Men dÄ vÀdret inte var riktigt med oss detta Äret sÄ blev det snarare utlÄning av surfbrÀdor och det bara till kompisar och segelkubbens barn som alla hade torrdrÀkt och tog ut folk för segling. Men Àr ÀndÄ nöjd med helgen. Det hans ju Àven med lite öl..

Finally school is over. After Erica and me moved all here things over to my apartment, since we now officially live together, we went down to Varberg once again to get my SUP boards. After a hella drive home with the boards on the roof of the car, me and Johan tried out the boards at my backyard đ It was a beaver hunt trough out a current semi river mission!
Yesterday I also got the chance to do some SUP wave surfing at Ursand, witch is one of the few places in VĂ€nern were it sometimes get some small waves. Another good thing is that Erica ordered a a new O’Neill wetsuit đ
